Townhouse with beautiful views over the sea and Gibraltar available for summer rentals

This charming townhouse is located in the urbanization of The Meadows in Alcaidesa with 24-hours security service and a large communal swimming pool. The house is built on two levels, on the ground floor there is an entrance area, a spacious equipped fitted kitchen, a living and dining room with a TV with Netflix and several international channels, and a fireplace. The living area leads into a beautiful private garden from where you can enjoy stunning views over the Mediterranean sea and the rock of Gibraltar. The terrace with a dining table and chairs is perfect to enjoy meals all summer long with the family. Next to the entrance is a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom ensuite. Another bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and the third bedroom with a single bed that has another mattress under it, and built-in wardrobes. These two bedrooms are sharing one bathroom. The house has an alarm system, air conditioning on the ground floor, and fans for every bedroom on the upper level. In front of the house is a Carport for one car.

The weekly price in July is 1.000 EUR and in August 1.200 EUR. Minimum rental of 2 weeks.
Pets are allowed for an extra cleaning fee of 70,00 EUR per week.

The urbanization has a communal swimming pool and is within walking distance of 9 minutes from the beach of Alcaidesa with the very charming BeachClubs and the square of Alcaidesa with its shops and restaurants. Alcaidesa has easy access to Gibraltar, Sotogrande, Marbella und Malaga.
